Hi, I’m Julie.

Most leaders think change fails because of strategy.
It doesn’t.

It fails in the gap between what gets built and what people actually adopt.

The People Stack is the human operating system underneath every transformation.

I’ve spent 25+ years leading change across complex organizations, and I’ve seen the same pattern play out again and again:

When the People Stack is weak, change stalls.
When it’s strong, change moves and it sticks.

I help leaders strengthen the conditions that drive adoption so change does not just launch. It lasts. The gap between built and adopted does not close itself.
