From Corporate to Consulting

Most recently, I served as Vice President of Change Management & Communications at Upstate Niagara Dairy Cooperative. I also held Senior Director and Director leadership roles in change management and communications at Sodexo, a Fortune 500 company with over 400,000 employees worldwide.

I’m a member of the invite-only Executive Council for Leading Change (ECLC) and a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner. I hold executive education credentials from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Ithaca College in New York.

I am also the voice behind Big Girl Panties Diaries. This bold and insightful series blends humor, honesty, and hard-earned wisdom to explore the complex intersection of personal growth and professional leadership.
